Meet Helen de Gruchy

With over 40 years of experience in the education sector, my roots in this field run deep.
I have worked across a diverse range of schools and universities throughout Australia, served on executive leadership teams, and acted as a trusted consultant to many educational leadership teams in NSW and beyond.
My passion lies in facilitating genuine school improvement through coaching. I hold postgraduate qualifications in educational leadership, coaching, and counselling, but my true expertise comes from decades of walking the leadership path in schools.
I live and work on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland, the traditional land of the Kabi Kabi people, but my branches extend to support educators wherever they need to grow.
