My work in education has been one of the great joys of my life, a journey spanning 40 years that has allowed me to grow alongside students from kindergarten to postgraduate level. My professional roots are planted deep in the educational landscape, having served in various leadership roles within the independent sector across Australia. This lived experience is the foundation of Purposeful Growth Coaching. I don't just talk about Educational Leadership; I have walked the path. I understand the unique challenges and immense rewards of leading in a school environment. My core passion has always been nurturing educational leaders to drive meaningful school improvement. I firmly believe that intentional, joy-filled leadership creates a ripple effect, cascading through the school community to enhance student outcomes in every area. This practical experience is supported by a strong academic foundation: Master of Educational Leadership (UNSW): My research focused on middle leadership, gifted education, and pedagogical innovation. Bachelor of Education with Honours (Murdoch University): My thesis explored the dynamics of team teaching. Current Study: I am completing a Master of Pastoral Counselling at Charles Sturt University to further deepen my coaching practice. Most recently, I worked with the Leadership Centre at Independent Schools NSW before relocating to the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland. My experience is both broad and deep, allowing me to bring a rich, nuanced understanding to every coaching relationship.

I'll walk you through my coaching approach, so you can decide if it feels right for you. If you're ready to move forward, we'll dive into one-hour sessions. This gives us plenty of time to explore what's on your mind and make real progress without feeling rushed. At the end of each session, I'll ask for your thoughts to make sure we’re always on track with your goals. Aside from that, my focus is 100% on you.

Our coaching sessions are designed to fit your unique needs and schedule. There's no minimum number of sessions required. If you're facing a specific challenge, we'll dive right in and set clear goals to help you achieve the results you want. You have the freedom to conclude your coaching journey whenever you feel ready, though most clients find 3 to 5 sessions are just right to reach their goals. Flexibility is key. We know teachers and leaders have demanding schedules, so I'll work around your availability. The time between our sessions can also be adjusted to give you the space you need to implement action steps. We'll figure out the perfect rhythm for you as we go.

Purposeful Growth Coaching offers sessions at a rate of $150 per hour. I proudly extend a 20% discount to all teachers, as I believe the people who shape our future deserve access to high-quality coaching. Teaching is a uniquely demanding and deeply human profession.
